On January 22, 2011 the Canadian Hero Fund hosted members of the military at Shoeless Joe’s, Queens Quay Toronto for the UFC Fight for the Troops broadcast. CF Regiments represented included the Lorne Scots, Toronto Scottish Regiment, Royal Regiment of Canada, 7th Toronto Regiment, and 32 Combat Engineering. Army News provided coverage of the event and the Canadian Hero Fund was joined by representatives from the UFC and from Shoeless Joe’s in hosting our military guests of honour!
